Hi, my name is Maria Delgado and welcome to my page. I'm here to share with you why I'm super passionate about helping you change your life through fitness & nutrition, and how I can help guide you in leading a healthy & holistic lifestyle.
My journey began as a young girl who knew nothing about nutrition or fitness, it wasn’t until I began studying and researching everything health and fitness related, that I started gaining an understanding of why I needed to improve my health, and how I could change my habits and lifestyle to become the healthiest version myself - Maria Delgado.
Like many, I have been in the position of needing to change my habits with very little desire to do so. This is why I understand exactly HOW challenging it is and also know WHY just how POSSIBLE it is to achieve your goals when you put your mind to it…

one-on-one Personal training
Train with me face-to-face online or in person. I will guide you through my personal training sessions, completely dedicated to you! Each session is 50 minutes of sweat, tears and joy! ;)
Personal body analysis
Full body analysis at the beginning, midway through and at the end of any programme. This is to track your progress and also understand your physical needs.
Training program
Personal individual training program, customized specifically for you and your needs - this is a guidance for you to train yourself at home or at the gym.
Ongoing support
Any program that you follow with me, always includes personal, ongoing support throughout the entire program.

Your diet and food intake is incredibly important and must not be neglected. The diet helps influence your mood, performance and, not least, the amount of energy you need to get through the day.
