I was born in Cabo Verde and moved to Denmark in August 2014. 

 

I play football and I love fitness and dancing!

I've always dreamed about doing a difference in this world, so I decided to educate myself to become a social counselor, so I could help people around me. I do a lot of different things and decided to make a YouTube channel to show you my interests, share my life with you, focusing on fitness and training as well as nutritional coaching.
