one-on-one 'Personal training

Train with me face-to-face online or in person. I will guide you through my personal training sessions, completely dedicated to you! Each session is 50 minutes of sweat, tears and joy! ;)

Personal body analysis

Full body analysis at the beginning, midway through and at the end of any programme. This is to track your progress and also understand your physical needs.

Training program

Personal individual training program, customized specifically for you and your needs - this is a guidance for you to train yourself at home or at the gym.

Ongoing support

Any program that you follow with me, always includes personal, ongoing support throughout the entire program.

I've always been curious about the human body, if I did a workout, I wanted to know which muscles I was working so I fell in love with physio from a very early age, I couldn't stop, so I took the anatomy and physiology course to better understand body, even more, then I took the fitness instructor course to learn how to divide my workouts for better results, and as people started asking for training advice, I thought about taking the personal trainer course to help others start an active life or help them reach their goals, not satisfied I took the sports nutritionist course to put together a healthy diet for me and my clients.

I am determined to show YOU, where ever you are, how to fuel and nourish your body and how to get the results you deserve, so you can look and FEEL your best. It’s all about being healthy, happy, setting goals and achieving them. It’s about focusing just as much on your physical well-being as your mental and emotional well-being. To me, this is what true beauty and true confidence is all about.
